Gomez to fight Singh on Dec. 8

ASIAN Boxing Federation bantamweight champion Herlan “Negros Hitman” Gomez of Bacolod City will defend his ABF title against Vikas Singh of India on December 8, Sunday at 2 p.m. at Lumpinee Muay-Thai Arena in Bangkok, Thailand.
“It is the FCC 9 with the Double Impact 3,” said promoter Brico Santig of Highland Boxing.
The 25-year-old Gomez, who is based in Bangkok, has now 12 wins with nine knockouts and one loss.
He scored a knockout on Sukpraserd Ponpitak of Thailand in the 3rd round last May 11, 2024 at the Indoor Stadium in Kuching.
Singh, 37, on the other hand, also has 12 wins with seven knockouts but with six losses.
He lost by a retirement in the 3rd round due to a conclusion to Khalid Baker of Australia last October 12, 2024 at Melbourne Pavilion in Flemington.
