Hard work, dedication result in victory says Casaljay

THE hard work and dedication of every participant is the result Davao City produced four golds and one silver medals in the recently-concluded Batang Pinoy 2024 held at Puerto Princesa City.
“This victory is the result of the hard work and dedication of every participant,” said Coach Diday Casaljay.
Shyrah Mae Rizalado won three gold medals from the mountain bike event [14-15 yrs.] in XCO, XCE and XCT.
The other gold was courtesy of Mary Beatrice Ondras at MTB XCT [16-17] while silver was earned by Paul Laurence Ondras at MTB XCO [14-15].
“We are beyond grateful and filled with joy to have won this Batang Pinoy cycling competition,” said Casaljay.
Casaljay also “extend their appreciation to their sponsors for invaluable support throughout this journey.”
“Batang Pinoy for this, giving these young contenders this amazing opportunity to shine!,” said Casaljay.
