The fight took place on tonight at the Caribe Royale Resort in Orlando, Florida, where Pero extended his unbeaten record and continued to establish himself as a rising force in the heavyweight division. From the opening bell, Pero displayed his power and precision, controlling the fight and landing heavy shots that gradually broke down Jake Jr.’s defense. Midway through the third round, a powerful right hand sent Jake Jr. to the canvas, sealing the victory for Pero in the scheduled 8-round bout. "I felt strong and focused tonight," said Pero. (8-rounds Super Bantamweights) Ryan Lee Allen (11-8-1, 6 KOs) scored a major upset defeating Carlos Jackson (20-2, 13 KOs) by TKO at the 2:37 mark of round 4.
