Pabular takes on Sampaga on Sept. 6

UNDEFEATED Kurt John Pabular of Bansalan, Davao del Sur will fight Arvin John Sampaga of Masbate on September 6 at the Mobo in Masbate.
The southpaw Pabular seeks his 5th straight win against no loss or draw while Sampaga aims his 9th win against one loss and one draw.
Pabular won his last two fights this 2024 both by unanimous decision against Junny Bugas of Zamboanga last February 9 at the City of Passi and Jerome Ranulio of Manila last June 8 in Pasay City.
The 26-year-old Sampaga, on the other hand, also already had two fights this year.
But Sampaga first had a draw with Ramcie Mondala in their first fight last April 12 at San Andres Civic and Sports Center in Malolos.
In their return match, Sampaga won by a unanimous decision last June 22 against Mondala in Cataingan.
