Undefeated Brian Agina fights Thailand's Niratsai Panthong September 14 in Melbourne

Australian Super Flyweight champion Brian Agina, an undefeated boxer from Victoria, Australia, is set to fight Niratsai Panthong from Thailand at the Whitehorse Event Centre in Melbourne on September 14.
“Agina has been in a training camp with Alex Winwood in Perth recently, and he's been learning and improving all the time. Brian fights on September 14 against Niratsai Panthong, who is a good boxer. It will be exciting to see Brian's development as a high-level rated boxer,” said Hall of Fame Australian promoter Peter Maniatis.
“Agina also has a very good team behind him, with trainer Chris Folima, Alison, and Ricky Leonard," added Maniatis. Agina is being sponsored by Jarrod Edwards Drainage and Trenchless Solutions, BK Labour Hire Pty. Ltd., and South West Pipe Relining, who all support and help Brian Agina advance his boxing career.
“We plan to challenge a rated boxer after September 14, with a WBC regional title on the line by the end of the year. Brian Agina wants to challenge Filipino rated boxers Jayr Raquinel (WBC #6, IBF #12) to fight in Australia. Former world title challenger Giemel Magramo is also an option," said Peter Maniatis.
"But we are not overlooking Niratsai Panthong, who we know is coming to fight," added Promoter Peter Maniatis.
Panthong, 21, has a record of 5 wins with two losses but is a very dangerous opponent. He knocked out all his last five opponents after losing his first two professional bouts. Agina, meanwhile, is undefeated in six bouts, with four wins inside the distance.
