Mexican boxing superstar Saul Canelo Alvarez and his fellow Mexican challenger Jaime Munguia made weight Friday for the undisputed super middleweight championship Saturday at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada to be aired live on DAZN pay-per-view.
The weighin that was held at the Toshiba Center in front of the T-Mobile Arena saw Canelo, 33, who will defend his four belts, stepped in at 166.8 lbs while Munguia, 27, the former WBO super welterweight champion, came in at 167.4 lbs.
