Shimizu Challenges Ramirez of Cuba for WBO 126 World Tuesday in Tokyo By Carlos Costa PhilBoxing.com Fri, 21 Jul 2023  Japanese "KO Artist" Satoshi Shimizu 清水聡 (11-1, 10 KO's) of Yokohama will embark in the most important undertaking of his life when he challenges reigning, defending WBO Featherweight World Champion Robeisy “El Tren” (The Train) Ramírez (12-1, 7 KO's) of Cienfuegos, Cuba, this coming Tuesday, July 25, at the Ariake Sports Arena in Tokyo, Japan. Stakes could not be higher for the two southpaws, Shimizu and Ramirez, with winner going on for more hot, high-profile battles. Will the taller veteran, 37-year-old Shimizu (on the right) deliver the most important KO of is life, in his own home country of Japan, in front of his family and fans?
