Today in Brisbane, Mat Sheehan tipped the scales at 78.80kg and Connor Wallace 79.20kg with 3 titles on the line, WBA Oceania, IBF Pan Pacific and WBC Australasia !
The Fight will air live on DAZN undercard starting 6pm Brisbane time!
Mat Sheehan said at the press Conference “This is my time I have been waiting 12 months for this fight and I am ready and the winner is guaranteed a Top #10 World Ranking. I'm ready to take it.”
Connor Wallace said “I have trained very hard to win this fight and it will be a long flight back to Melbourne for Mat Sheehan and his team once I beat him.”
Australia's Hall of Famer Peter Maniatis, manager of Mat Sheehan said,“ Mat is not here to make up the numbers, we are here to win the 3 belts and take the Top Ten World Light Heavyweight ranking. This fight has been on Mat's radar for a long time and his ready."
