The following are the early results on the undercard of the Gervonta Davis vs Ryan Garcia superfight at the T-Moblie Arena in Las Vegas Saturday afternoon promoted by Premier Boxing Champions.
In the 4th fight (top photo), Lorenzo Simpson of Baltimore, MD (13-0-0,7KO) wins by UD over Pachino Hill of Devenport, Iowa (8-2-1,6KO). Scores: 60-54, 60-54 and 59-55 in favor of Simpson.
Fight No. 3 (top photo): Floyd Schoefield of Austin, Texas (14-0-0,11KO) stops Valentin Leon, Jr of Culiacan, MX in round 2. Schoefield drops Leon in round 1 and delivers a perfect left hook to the temple in round 2 for a second round stoppage victory. Time 1:51. Schoefield stays perfect with 14 wins and captured the WBA international lightweight belt.
Fight No. 2: Jalil Hacket of Washington, DC (6-0-0, 5KO) wins by 3rd round knockout over Jason Philipps of Davenport, IA (3-4-2,0KO). Time: 2:03.
Curtain raiser: Cutino Oliver of Baltimore, MD (3-0-0,2KO) TKO Roberto Cantu Peña of Tamaulipas, MX in the second round. Time 1:07.
