MANILA---THE Hon. Sen. Manny Pacquiao Over the Board Open chess tournament gets underway on December 30, 2021, 10am at Tiendesitas Mall in Pasig City.
The champion will earn P7,000 plus a trophy. The second placer will get P5,000 plus a trophy, third placer will receive P4,000 plus a trophy, fourth placer will bring home P3,000 plus a medal while the fifth placer will pocket P2,000 plus a trophy.
Sixth to 12th placers will go home P1,000 each plus a medals.
The top three (3) kiddies, junior, lady and senior will take P1,500, P1,000 and P500, respectively plus a medals.
"Entry fee P200 with free lunch andt shirts, no-onsite registration, only vaccinated chess players can join and limited 150 players only first come first in."said tournament organizer Mr. Jun Panopio.
"All players and guest need to download the Pasig Pass @ pasigpass.pasigcity.gov.ph. No Pasig Pass No Entry to the mall." he added.
