Pasay's Kevin Arquero tops 5th Ivan Cu online chess tilt

MANILA, Philippines---Pasay City pride Kevin Arquero reinforced his position as one of the Philippines' top bullet chess players.
Arquero, a mainstay of the Philippine Army chess team tallied 68 points, ruled the 5th Ivan Cu Bullet Online Chess Championships at the famous chess website: "www.lichess.org" on July 15, 2021.
13-time Philippine Open Champion Grandmaster Rogelio "Joey" Antonio Jr. of Quezon City came in second with 61 points, while 1997 Philippine Junior Champion National Master Elwin Retanal of Cebu settled for third place who totes 57 points.
Rounding up to the top 15 are fourth Ted Ian Montoyo, fifth Michael Gastala, sixth NM Christian Gian Karlo Arca, seventh Edward Songco, eight Freddie Talaboc, ninth AGM Henry Roger Lopez, tenth Tristan Jared Cervero , eleventh Junmark Baldesimo, twelve Rhenz Rheann Auza, thirteen Jan Clifford Labog, fourteen Mark Anthony Carganilla and fifteen Richie Jocson.-Marlon Bernardino-
