DAVAO CITY – Lightweight Roman “Hitman” Canto of Iloilo suffered a 3rd round knockout to American LaVonte Earley for the vacant American Boxing Federation Continental Americas welterweight title last March 20 at Greenville in South Carolina, USA.
It was the 14th loss against 14 wins and three draws by Canto while undefeated Earley posted his 7th knockout and his 13th straight win.
It was also the first fight in the US by 31-year-old Canto.
