Nicaraguan 4-division world champion Román "Chocolatito" González (50-2, 41 KO’s) displayed his fantastic class scoring a wide and clear unanimous decision win over game Mexican challenger 🇲🇽 Israel "Jiga" Gonzalez to retain his WBA Super Flyweight World Title today in Ciudad de Mexico.
The more skilled Chocolatito made good use of his excellent boxing and physical conditioning, outclassing the younger, taller Mexican fighter.
There were no cuts nor knockdowns during the battle, though the intensity and superiority of Chocolatito was at all times evident.
After this convincing win, “Chocolatito” González would like a 2021 rematch battle against Mexican world champion Juan Francisco "El Gallo" Estrada (41-3, 28 KO’s).
