Casimero 117¾, Micah 117¼ Ready to Rumble!
By Carlos Costa PhilBoxing.com Sat, 26 Sep 2020

Filipino World Champion Johnriel Casimero (L) and unbeaten African challenger Duke Micah (24-0, 19 KO’s) successfully made weight for their hot WBO Bantamweight world title battle @ the Mohegan Sun Saturday (Sunday morning here in Asia).
Both men looked 100% focused, darn serious, and in fantastic shape during Friday’s official weigh-in ceremony.
The popular Pinoy from the charming seaside City of Ormoc in Leyte Province stepped on the scale at 117¾ pounds, just ¼ pound below the division’s limit; while his 29 year-old opponent Duke Micah from the great African Land of Ghana made 117¼ lbs., and the fighters are ready to rumble!
The challenger Micah is a dangerous glory-hungry warrior, but the more experienced, more ring savvy Casimero (29-4, 20 KO’s) is the favorite to retain the Belt.
The winner might go on to unify Bantamweight titles against sizzling Japanese WBA/IBF Kingpin Naoya Inoue (19-0, 16 KO’s).
Would he be Casimero or Micah? We shall find out soon.
The intense battle is part of the exciting 5 world-title card promoted by Premier Boxing Champion (PBC), live worldwide on Showtime PPV. 🥊
May the Best Man Win.!! 💥💥
