Briedis vs Dórticos in WBSS 200 Final this Saturday in Munich
By Carlos Costa PhilBoxing.com Tue, 22 Sep 2020

The waiting is over. In a grand finale, former WBO Cruiserweight World Champion Mairis Briedis (26-1, 19 KO’s) of Latvia (L) will battle IBF 200-pound world champion 🇨🇺 Yuniel Dorticos (24-1, 22 KO’s) of Cienfuegos, Cuba, in the thrilling final of the World Boxing Super Series (WBSS) cruise tournament this Saturday, September 26, in Munich, Germany.
Given the destructive power that both men deliver in their blows, it is highly likely that their world-title war will end before the 12-round distance, one on the canvas. But who would he be?
This awesome WBSS final for the “Muhammad Ali Trophy” was originally scheduled to unfold in Latvia; then reorganized for last May. Thankfully, it will finally take place this Saturday in Munich.
Briedis, 35, made it to this awesome final after stopping in three chapters Poland’s tough man Krzysztof Glowacki (31-2, 19 KO’s), and Dórticos, 34, after ripping to pieces American Andrew Tabiti (17-1, 13 KO’s).
This culmination of the search for the winner of the prestigious Muhammad Ali Trophy will take place @ Plazamedia Broadcasting Center, a leading live sports production company in Munich.
The thrilling Breidis vs Dórticos is promoted by WBSS, live worldwide on DAZN and I do not intend to miss it.
May the Best Man Win..!!
