NBA Daily: Raptors Snap Lakers' 7-Game Winning Streak 113-104

Boracay Island, Philippines – Pascal Siakam stuffed the stats sheet with an all-around brilliant performance to power the defending NBA champions Toronto Raptors past the streaking Lakers 113-104 on Sunday night (Monday morning, Philippine time) at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California.
He Finished with 24 points, 11 rebounds, 4, assists, 1 steal, and 3 blocks. Fred VanVleet added 23 markers, connecting 4 from deep, to go along with 7 boards, 10 dimes, and 2 steals for the Raptors, who improved to 7 wins and 2 losses.
Anthony Davis led the Lakers, compiling game high 27 points, including 8 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 steals, and 4 blocks. LeBron James had another triple-double with a 13-point, 13-rebound, and 15-assist performance of his own, but shot a dismal 5-for-15 from the field.
The Lakers, who dropped to 7-2 on the win-loss card, will next face the Suns in Phoenix on Tuesday night (Wednesday morning, Philippine time)
Meanwhile, the Raptors will host former player and reigning Finals MVP Kawhi Leonard and the LA Clippers on Monday night (Tuesday morning, Philippine time).
