NBA Daily: Doncic's Huge Triple-Double Not Enough, as Mavs Fall to Knicks 106-102

PhilBoxing.com

Cebu City, Philippines – The New York Knicks survived the career high 38 points of reigning NBA Rookie of the Year Luka Doncic, to beat the Mavericks 106-102 at the American Airlines Arena in Dallas, Texas, Friday night (Saturday morning, Philippine time).

Former Knicks cornerstone Kristaps Porzingis added 28 points, including 4 three-pointers, 9 rebounds, and 5 blocks in his first game against his former team. Dallas, his new team, absorbed their third loss against 5 victories.

Julius Randle, Frank Ntilikina, and Bobby Portis added 21, 14, and 14, respectively for the Knicks, who got their second win in 9 outings, thus far this season.
