Three men have been arrested and will face charges for taking part in the riotous UFC 229 post-fight brawl that punctuated the Khalib Nurmagomedov-Conor McGrecgor clash on Saturday night in Las Vegas.

UFC president Dana White announced a day after the meelee that the guaranteed $2 million purse of Nurmagomedov had been held by the Nevada Athletic Commission, adding that future visa applications of the Russian martial arts ace and members of his team might be withheld.

The $3 million purse of McGregor was paid in full though, White clarified.

Report of news@yardbarker.com furnished revealed that White did not award the championship belt to the Russian, who put his UFC lightweight title at stake in the fight.

Khabib choked out Conor in the fourth round of their showdown to win by submission, but jumped out of the cage hunting for McGregor?s team, threw his mouthpiece at them, attack them that incited the brawl.

?Three guys have been arrested,? White said in a postfight interview with FS1. ?There are going to be charges filed against them, I?m sure. God knows what the Nevada State Athletic Commission is going to do to Khabib and his guys. Are these guys ever going to get a visa again to get back into this country? There?s a lot of repercussions from what they did tonight, ones that I don?t think they even realize yet.?

?We?re turning over film to the Nevada State Athletic Commission. This is a big deal. Could be a suspension for Khabib. Big fines ? that?s why they?re holding the purses. It?s a big deal,? White said.

White said that while Conor?s team instigated the drama, he called Khabib?s actions ?ridiculous.?

Khabib and his team are likely facing discipline from the Nevada State Athletic Commission and UFC over their post-fight behavior that had even Mike Tyson shaking his head.
