WEIGHTS FOR IDOL 3 IN TABUELAN (PHOTOS)

CEBU ? KJ Cataraja will risk his undefeated record in front of his hometown fans this Saturday when he squares off against Indonesian Frengky Rohi in the northern Cebu municipality of Tabuelan.
Cataraja (7-0,6KO?s) weighed in at 113 lbs while Rohi (5-5-1,1KO) was at 111 lbs during the official weigh-in for this ten round non-title contest. They will fight in the main event at the Tabuelan Astrodome June 16 in the card billed as IDOL 3.
Rohi is well traveled, having fought in Hong Kong, Thailand and mainland China. Cataraja in his seven wins has already beaten three foreign foes from Mexico, Indonesia and Thailand.

In the main supporting bout, Virgel Vitor (12-1,7KO?s) will face grizzled veteran Gerpaul Valero (22-20-4,16KO?s). Vitor stepped on the scales at 122lbs while Valero was at 119lbs.
Another unbeaten prospect Christian Bacolod (8-0,6KO?s) will be pitted against Mervin Lulu (5-2-2,2KO?s). Bacolod was at 110lbs while Lulu was a pound lighter.

The official weigh-in was held at the J Centre Mall in Mandaue City and supervised by Rolando Mendoza and Glen Agena of GAB Region VII. IDOL is a fight series promoted by ALA Promotions and serves as a grassroots talent search for future stars.
For the rest of the card ? former WBO Oriental superbantamweight titleholder Jimmy Paypa (141lbs) will fight Jhun Ryan Quimbo (139.5lbs), Esneth Domingo (111.5 lbs) vs Ryan Makiputin (111lbs), Justin Darap (112lbs) vs Elmer Liboon (110lbs), and JR Villafuerte (115lbs) will make his pro debut against Tomas Rebusit (112lbs).
