SANMAN'S GABALLO SET FOR U.S. DEBUT
By Rene Bonsubre, Jr. PhilBoxing.com Wed, 15 Nov 2017

Undefeated Filipino prospect Reymart Gaballo weighed 117.9 lbs while his Mexican opponent Ernesto Guerrero was 116.8lbs during the official weigh-in held today in Honolulu, Hawaii. Gaballo (16W-0L,14KO?s) fights out of the Sanman Gym of Gen.Santos City. He will face Guerrero (27W-21L-0D, 19 KOs) in a non-title contest on November 15 (Honolulu Time) at the Hawaii Events Center.
Sanman Promotions CEO Jim Claude Manangquil informed philboxing of the weights.
Gaballo spent time in Florida polishing his skills with Cuban trainer Moro Fernandez. He will be accompanied in his U.S. debut by his manager John Ray ?JR? Manangquil and Sanman Promoter JC Manangquil.
The 21 year old Gaballo, nicknamed the ?Gensan Assassin? is still raw but he exhibited his natural punching power in a nine fight KO/TKO streak for the past two years. Last year he stopped Thai Manut Corput in a single round to win the vacant WBC ABCO super bantamweight title in Tupi, South Cotabato.
Guerrero will be his first big test. The card billed as ?Fight Night at the Island? is presented by Filipino international boxing promoter Gabriel ?Bebot? Elorde.
