CANELO-GGG UNDERCARD RESULTS: DIEGO DE LA HOYA, RYAN MARTIN WIN

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA ? Below are the undercard results on the massive Canelo Alvarez vs Gennady Golovkin unified world middleweight championship at the full-house T-Mobile Arena here Saturday night.
5th fight, 10-round super bantamweight for NABF, NABO super bantamweight titles: In a battle of two undefeated fighters, Diego de la Hoya (20-0-0, 9KO) of Mexicali, Mexico beats Randy Caballero (24-1-0 14KO) of Coachella, CA by unanimous decision. Scores: 100-96, 98-92, 98-92. (top photo)
4th fight, 10 rounds lightweight: Ryan Martin (20-0-0, 11KO) of Chatanooga, TN wins by controversial split decision over Francisco Rojo (19-3-0, 12KO) of Mexico City. Scores: 98-91, 96-94 and 93-96.
3rd fight, 4 rounds welterweight: Serhii Bohachuk (5-0-0, 5KO) of Los Angeles, CA knocked out in the 2nd round Joan Valenzuela (5-9-1, 5KO) of Chula Vista, CA. Time 1:58.
2nd fight, 6 rounds super lightweight: Vergel Ortiz (7-0-0, 7KO) of Dallas TX knocked down Cesar Valenzuela (7-2-0, 3KO) in round one and then again in round two for a TKO victory. Time 1:22 of round two.
In the curtain raiser for 4 rounds flyweight, Marlene Esparza of Houston TX (3-0-0, 0KO) wins by unanimous decision over Aracely Palacios of Durango Mexico (8-8-0, 1KO) Scores: 60-54, 60-54, 60-54.
