WEIGHTS FROM THAILAND: MENAYOTHIN - 105 LBS., JERUSALEM - 105 LBS.

Defending WBC world minimumweight champion Wanheng Menayothin of Thailand and his challenger from the Philippines Melvin 'Gringo' Jerusalem came in at the division weight limit of 105 lbs during the official weighin held Tuesday at the Ruanpae Hotel in Phitsanulok, one of Thailand's oldest cities five hours drive north of Bangkok.
Both undefeated, Menayothin (44-0-0, 17KOs) and Jerusalem (11-0-0, 7KOs) will dispute the WBC world minimumweight championship belt Wednesday in Phitsanulok.
When the bell rings to start the fisticuffs, the third man in the ring will be Celestino Ruiz of Chicago. Judging the contest will be Frank Hadley of Australia, Steve Morrow of California and Jae Bong Kim of South Korea. The supervisors are Tsuyoshi Yashukochi of Japan and Surapote Phongjivanich of Thailand.
