BEIJING, CHINA ? The Multi-functional Hall of Beijing?s Aquatic Center once again played host to a back to back weekend fight card featuring more up and coming professional boxers.

Day one featured ten four round bouts in the featherweight, lightweight, welterweight and middleweight categories.

Featherweights Jiang Changjian and Yin Zhaofeng opened the festivities with Jiang scoring a knockdown in the second round. But in the third, a clash of heads inflicted a deep cut on the left eyelid of Jiang and the fight was stopped and went to the scorecards.

Judges Yuan Yunzi, Edward Ligas and Sungworn Klungboonkrung all scored 28-28.

He Changkai survived a knockdown in the opening round and his series of hard shots drew blood Yuan Cheng?s nose. The fight was stopped before the start of the second round when Yuan was assessed to have a broken nose, handing He the TKO win in their lightweight clash.

Middleweight Yan Jie prevailed by TKO after Yaxierjiang chose not to answer the bell for the third round. Mai Jintian beat Zhang Hongpeng by unanimous decision in their featherweight fight.

In another middleweight bout, Adili won by TKO at the end of the second round after Li Kaiwen chose not to continue fighting after complaining of pain in his right hand. Four more fights ended in draws underscoring the competitiveness of the fight card.
