NBA -- Raptors win 7 in a row ​

TORONTO -- The Toronto Raptors won their 7th game on Friday night at the expense of former Raptor Chris Bosh and a depleted Miami Heat squad which fell, 101-81, at the Air Canada Centre.
This is the first time the Raptors have won 7 straight under coach Dwane Casey.
The Raptors showed tremendous poise and played like an elite squad in front of a sold out Air Canada Centre. The team moved the ball around exceptionally well. Spacing on the floor was in sync. And their defense was solid with Valanciunas and Biyombo manning the paint and coming up with multiple block shots.
Though the stellar play of Lowry and DeRozan is a big reason for the Raptors' success this season, we certainly cannot discount Casey's coaching. With the teams performance in the past 7 games, it clear that Casey's system is finally clicking.
Currently the team is second in the Eastern Conference and boasts of a top 10 offence and defence in the NBA. This bodes well for the coach of a team that comprises of mostly blue collar stars and no real superstar.
Coach Casey has done a great thing with this team this regular season. The next real test for him would be take this team deeper into the play offs.
