VICTORIAS CITY READY TO RUMBLE!

Victorias, Negros Occidental -- This remote city in the island of Negros about 30 kilometers from the main city of Bacolod is alive and rocking as the WBO Asia-Pacific minimumweight championship will explode in the next couple of hours.
Local boy Donnie Neites will defend his title against visiting Thai Thongthailek Por Vorasing inside the newly built 10,000-capacity Victorias gym while another Negrense Mark Jason Milleguen will go up against Christopher Saluday of Davao City for the RP super lightweight title.

Lady boxers Gretchen Abaniel and Jessica Oyang bide their time at the boxer's room.
Seven other bouts in the undercard will spice up the night's fistic activity with a special women's bout by Gretchen Abaniel against Jessica Oyang.
The boxing event is one of the activities lined up for the city's fiesta celebration.
