NBA -- Cavs' 12-game streak end in Indy
By Anthony Rozic PhilBoxing.com Sun, 08 Feb 2015
INDIANAPOLIS -- The NBA's current longest winning streak came to a screeching halt on Friday night at the Bankers Life Fieldhouse where the Indiana Pacers stunned the Cleveland Cavaliers, 103-99.
C.J. Miles sank 8-of-16 field goals to help the Pacers rally from a 13-point deficit. David West and George Hill had 20 points apiece and Solomon Hill had 11 as Indiana outscored Cleveland 56-44 in the second half.
After trailing for the most part, the Pacers took the lead for good when Hill made a rare 4-point play off a Kyrie Irving foul, handing Indiana a 95-91 bubble with just 1:25 remaining in the see-saw affair.
"I just wanted to make a play," Hill told reporters after Indiana's huge win.
With their second straight win, the 19-32 Pacers moved to within 3 games of a playoffs berth in the Eastern Conference.
Kyrie Irving led all scorers with 29 to pace Cleveland while LeBron James had 25 points, six rebounds and six assists. J.R. Smith drilled 5-of-12 3s for 17 points but Kevin Love had a quiet five points on a poor 2-for-8 shooting from the field.
