NBA -- Curry keeps Warriors picture perfect at 5-0

SAN FRANCISCO -- In a battle between the league's only unbeaten teams, the Golden State Warriors raced past the Houston Rockets on Saturday night at the Toyota Center.
Steph Curry had plenty to say in his team's 98-87 victory by raining six 3s on the way to 34 points. Curry's running mate, Klay Thompson, struggled with only 11 points but Draymond Green picked up the slack with 14 points and eight rebounds.
Playing without Dwight Howard (flu-like symptoms) and Terence Jones (bruised right leg), the Rockets suffered off the boards and were out rebounded, 54-46. Warriors center Andrew Bogut took full advantage of his size advantage by gathering 18 rebounds.
The Warriors looked outclassed in the opening half, trailing 56-48. But a 28-13 third quarter barrage turned things around. And the Rockets, who were led by James Harden's 22 points in a losing effort, didn't recover from that.
Golden State improved to 5-0 while Houston dropped to 6-1.
