WBO As-Pac Youth title fight in Lipa April 16

Rising young prospects Jerwin Ancajas (9W-0L-1D, 4 KO's) and Pumar D Singwangcha (8W-1L-3D, 2 KO's) will fight for the vacant vacant WBO Asia Pacific Youth crown this April 16 Saturday in Lipa City, Batangas.

Promoter Sammy Gello-ani informed philboxing of this card in a conversation Tuesday afternoon. Ancajas has won his last six bouts, two by the short route. Pumar suffered his first career loss last February in Dalaguete, Cebu against Noel Adelmita and drew his last bout against Rex Olisa in Angono, Rizal.

Bantamweights Richard Olisa and Jessie Albaracin will fight in the undercard.
