ALVAREZ TKO 10 ANGULO

LAS VEGAS -- Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez made a rousing comeback from his defeat against Floyd Mayweather Jr last September by stopping Alfredo Angulo in the 10th round at the MGM Grand Garden Arena Saturday night. Alvarez dominated each round with sharp combinations to the head and body of Angulo who failed to find an answer to his speedier and younger opponent. A crushing left uppercut by Alvarez that snapped Angulo's head forced Referee Tony Weeks to stop the contest. Time: 47 seconds of the 10th round.
