WEIGHTS FROM THAILAND: NOLI MORALES 111, RUSALEE SAMOR 111 FOR IBF PAN PACIFIC TITLE
By Carlos Costa PhilBoxing.com Thu, 18 Oct 2012

IBF Pan Pacific Flyweight champion Rusalee Samor of Thailand (left) and his Filipino challenger Noli Morales made same weight of 111 lbs (50.35 kgs) today, ahead of their title clash tomorrow in Laprao, Thailand, reported to Philboxing international matchmaker Brico Santig of Higland Boxing.
"Its a good fight for Noli (Morales) because the Thai Samor is world rated by the IBF," said Santig today from Thailand.
Indeed, the 28 year-old Thai Ruslee Samor (18-3-2, 8KO's) is world rated as #11 flyweight by the IBF, a weight class where the IBF world champion is tough South African Moruti Mthalane (29-2, 20KO's).
Meanwhile, the underdog Noli Morales (9-2, 3KO's), 26, of Iligan, Lanao del Norte, whose only two loses have been his previous apperances in the Kingdom of Thailand, aims at scoring the big win that will catapult him into the IBF world rankings.
