DIOSDADO GABI HOLDS MEDIA WORKOUT WEDNESDAY

HOLLYWOOD, CA (February 17, 2006) -- Filipino flyweight sensation DIOSDADO GABI and trainer Freddie Roach will hold a media workout This Wednesday! February 22, at 11 A.M. PT at the Wild Card Boxing Club in Hollywood, CA (1123 Vine St. - one block north of Santa Monica Blvd.)
Gabi, 26-2-1 (19 KOs), world-rated No. 2 WBC/No. 4 IBF, will challenge IBF/IBO flyweight champion Victor Darchinyan 24-0 (19 KOs), Friday, March 3, at the Chumash Casino Resort in Santa Ynez, CA. Promoted by Gary Shaw Productions, the Darchinyan-Gabi world title fight will be televised live on SHOWTIME at 11 P.M. ET/PT (delayed on the west coast) as the main event of "ShoBox: The New Generation"
Diosdado and Freddie will be available for one-on-one interviews. (PR)
