?Para ngang isang buwan na akong nag-e-ensayo pagkatapos naming kanina,? he said.

Pacquiao will be staking his WBO welterweight belt against Shane Mosley on May 7 in Las Vegas.
?I think we?ve attained we wanted out of training in high altitude here. Unti-unti ay nare-recover ko ang stamina, ang lakas ng suntok at bilis ng paa,? he attested. ?Even Freddie impress was impressed with the way his prepared regimen has been going so far.?

The Pacman was referring to chief trainer Freddie Roach, who, in a separate interview, agreed with his ward?s observations.
?I myself told that to him the other day. It was the best first week since we worked together 10 years ago", he revealed. ? He?s been following to the letter what we?ve been telling him to do,? Roach said. He?s shadow boxing better, punching the bags at his best and doing the mitts with me with gusto,? Roach noted.?He?s been in a good mood since we started Monday. He?s happy as usual, but he looks happier now,?

Strength and conditioning Coach Alex Ariza, likewise, had good words in the manner preparations are going.

?Manny looks to be enjoying everything he?s been doing. I never saw him so enjoyed like what he is showing this week,? Ariza, for his part, said. ?And you know Manny. When he?s enjoying, he?s serious in what he does.?
?It?s been a solid week, I ell you. Freddie is right, he seems very hungry to fight. Maybe the long layoff made him such, and we all expect a good camp from here up to L.A and to Las Vegas,? Ariza said.

?We?ll be doing the same thing during the next week starting Monday with the same motive improve his resistance, timing, speed and punching power before we go into the next stage of preparations which is sparing,? Roach, the four-time ?Trainer of the Year? said.

Reason why from nine rounds with the mitts Thursday and Friday, Roach reduced the distance to only six although he obliged for two more after Manny himself requested to sweat more.
