KUO PO CHENG BATTLES DJANGO BUSTAMANTE IN WORLD POOL FINALS

Chinese-Taipei?s ?Little Monster? Kuo Po Cheng has just beaten four time world champion and Hall-of-Fame pool superstar, American veteran Johnny Archer in a pulsating semi final showdown 11-10 to set up a battle royale in the race-to-13 finals against Filipino pool legend Francisco ?Django? Bustamante.
In a nip-and-tuck affair the younger Kuo who was runner up to fellow Taiwanese Wu Chia Ching in 2005 in Kaohsiung showed the steadier nerves to win a cliffhanger while Bustamante breezed past countryman Antonio ?Nikoy? Lining.
Bustamante and Kuo are chasing the top prize of $36,000 and a handsome trophy in Doha, Qatar.
