Lukas to face undefeated Jaiklom on March 30 in Bangkok

PRETTY world champion Angelina “Barbie” Lukas will face undefeated Thanyarat Jaiklom on March 30 at the World Siam Stadium in Bangkok.
The 27-year-old Lukas of Kazakhstan recently stopped Romja Younsaf of Pakistan in the 1st round for the vacant WIBA World bantamweight title last January 31, 2024 at ABU Arena in Baku.
Lukas then scored a technical knockout in the 4th round against Kadesara Jadpakdee of Thailand last February 29 at Spaceplus Bangkok RGA in Bangkok.
“I have long dreamed of performing at such a major boxing evening," she wrote on her social media.
Lukas has seven wins with four knockouts against one loss.
Her lone defeat was a majority decision against Daniela Asenjo of Chile for the vacant WBC Silver bantamweight title last October 29, 2029 at Istanbul.
Jaiklom, on the other hand, has six fights all in knockouts.
She stopped Akkaranee Kadsin in the 4th round by a TKO last January 29, 2024 at Sasakul Gym in Lam Luk Ka.
Supanat Chanram and Brico Santig of Highland Boxing Team are the promoters.
