Beltran brothers to see action in Calinan

THE fighting Beltran brothers Angelo and Crisalito of the Ring Master Boxing Stable from Toril will both see action on March 7 at the Calinan Gym in Calinan, Davao City.
The elder Angelo, 23, will be the main event against Jeny Boy “Camiguin Tiger” Boca of Bukidnon in 8-rounds.
Angelo “The Axe Boy” Beltran has eight wins with six knockouts but with two loses while Boca scored 14 victories with 12 knockouts but had 13 loses.
In his previous fight, Angelo lost to Dana Coolwell of Australia by a knockout in the 7th round last October 7, 2023 in Mookoolaba.
Angelo, however, earlier kayoed Reycar Auxilio of Cebu City in the 2nd round to win the vacant MinProBA super bantamweight title last June 25, 2023 in Davao City.
Crisalito Beltran, on the other hand, is undefeated and has scored all four wins with three knockouts last year.
The 19-year-old Crisalito stopped Crison Omayao in the 1st round last December 20 at the Mainit Municipal Gym in Mainit.
Crisalito will now face veteran Jovany Rota of JR Boxing Stable-Agusan in six rounds.
The boxing event, which has eight pairs, is promoted by Firmo Aligato of Ring Master and Top 5 Boxing.
