Dave Apolinario and Tanes Ongjunta Make Weight for Tokyo bout

Flyweight contenders Dave Apolinario and Tanes Ongjunta successfully weighed in for their upcoming bout at the Korakuen Hall in Tokyo on February 22nd. Apolinario came in at 111.3lbs, while Ongjunta weighed in 112.7lbs, both meeting the fight's weight limit.
Apolinario’s victory over Ongjunta could potentially propel him into contention for a world title shot. Boxing fans can expect an intense showdown between these two talented fighters as they battle it out in the ring.
Apolinario said “It’s time to make a statement. It’s time for me to showcase my skills and talent. Tomorrow’s fight will be very exciting.”
