Spence-Crawford Undercard: Salas Stops Palicte in 4

T-Mobile Arena, Las Vegas -- In a Super Bantamweight bout Jose Salas of Mexico scored a TKO victory in the 4th round over former two-time world title challenger Aston Palicte of the Philippines. Salas scored a knock down in the 4th round, but Palicte beat the the count. It appeared that Palicte was indecisive as to whether to continue after beating the Referee's count. It appeared the Referee asked and motioned Palicte if he wanted to continue or not. Palicte opted not to continue so the Referee halted the contest. The time was 1:30 of the 4th round. Salas improved to 13-0, 10KOs while Palicte dropped to 28-6-1, 23KOs.
