Camigue beats Pangga in Davao

ALVIN Camigue of General Santos City defeated former unbeaten John Vincent Pangga of Cagayan de Oro City in a come from behind victory last Sunday night at the Baguio Gym in Baguio District, Calinan, Davao City.
The 25-year-old Camigue put up a hard-earned win as he started to hit Pangga in the 4th round with stronger punches.
Camigue also kept on chasing Pangga wherever he went.
Camigue improved his record to six wins against one loss with one knockout while Pangga suffered his first setback after eight wins with five knockouts.
The 8-rounder bout was the main event of the ‘Bakbakan sa Baguio District’, a joint venture between Alcazar Boxing Promotions and Amoy Promotions.
The Alcazar Boxing Promotions was composed of Dr. William Arcilla, lawyer Rizal Acas and businessman Firmo Justine Aligato while Amoy Promotions is owned by Alex Amoy.
