PARAS VOWS TO KNOCK OUT PARADERO

Former WBO Asia Pacific Youth Light Flyweight champion and world title contender Vince Paras (16-2) vows to knock out opponent Robert Paradero (18-2) when they clash in the main event of the Sanman Bubble Series Episode IX on April 26 in Gensan. Paradero who has the experience advantage also held the WBO Asia Pacific minimum weight belt and has been a world title contender twice.
According to Paras, he has been torturing himself in the gym just to be in top shape and finish the fight early. “If you take a look at both our records, Robert is the more veteran fighter. This is a risky match for me but I have prepared myself enough to finish this fight inside the distance. I will knock him out. My losses with Taconing and world champion Kyugochi has made me a tougher fighter. My lessons learned from those fights will help me claim the victory. I am happy with my new team in Sanman.”, Paras confidently stated.
Sanman CEO Jim Claude Manangquil believes in Paras’ statement. “Paradero is an elite fighter but right now Paras is on another level. He has prepared so much for this and badly wants another chance at a world title. This will be a total war between two hungry fighters.”, Manangquil said.
