Borres loses by a TKO

JERONIL "Chocolatito" Borres of Camiguin suffered a 1st round technical knockout against undefeated Andy Dominguez Velasquez of Mexico last March 26 at the Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City.
The 26-year-old Borres threw some punches before Velasquez put an end at 2:45 of the opening round.
Borres suffered his 6th loss against 11 wins, one draw and six knockouts while the 23-year-old Velasquez posted his 6th straight win and four knockouts.
It was the first fight since Boores came back to the United States.
“I will return to the ring and recover from the fall,” said Borres in a Facebook message.
