“KING KONG” VS “PRINCE CHARLES” IBF HEAVYWEIGHT ELIMINATOR SET FOR NEW YEAR’S DAY

Cuban big man Luis “King Kong” Ortiz (32-2, 27 KO’s) and tough 6' 5” “Prince” Charles Martin (28-2-1, 25 KO’s) are on the verge to collide in a 12-rounder, high-stakes heavyweight world title eliminator showdown set for New Year’s day at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino - Hollywood, FL, live on FOX Sports PPV.
The war’s winner claims the right to become no other than the mandatory challenger for the reigning IBF Heavyweight World Champion unbeaten Ukrainian star Oleksandr Usyk (19-0, 13 KO’s), a fight that would be a total thriller.

So, fans wonder if the veteran 42-year-old “King Kong” Ortiz still has in him enough power and speed to put to sleep the big and younger “Prince Charles” Martin to earn a shot at Usyk? Is that viable?

Or will the strong, heavy-handed “Prince Charles” Martin out-speed and overpower the brave “King Kong” Ortiz, overwhelming him hard and mercilessly with big bombs, rocking him to the core, propelling him to the blue canvas..? That sounds more possible?
We don’t know for sure what will unfold. But one thing is very very possible, which is this: given the dangerous TNT destructive power that both big southpaws pack in the blows, it is highly probably that their war will not make it to the 12-round distance. I think you agree.
Whoever emerges victorious, “King Kong” Ortiz vs “Prince” Charles Martin will be one thrilling heavyweight rumble, an awesome way to receive the 2022 boxing year.
