Liam Paro Faces Terry Tzouramanis for WBO & IBF Regional Titles on March 5th in Brisbane
PhilBoxing.com Mon, 30 Nov 2020
 L-R: Maniatis, Inson and Tzouramanis.
On March 5th in Brisbane, Australia, IBF #3 & WBO #2 Liam Paro fights Terry Tzouramanis (23 wins 4 losses) for the IBF International and WBO Global super lightweight titles.
Paro is 19-0 undefeated and highly world rated southpaw boxer with Alfio Dicarlo and Angelo Dicarlo ACE Boxing promotions.
Terry Tzouramanis is trained by Ben Chua Big Ben Boxing Gym who is advised and managed by Peter Maniatis.
“Terry Tzouramanis fought on the Manny Pacquiao vs Lucas Matthysse undercard in Kuala Lumpur, Malayasia against Filipino rated boxer Jayar Inson," said veteran boxing man Maniatis. "It was a very tough fight that was close and even though we lost a close decision to Inson, that bout was at welterweight which is not Terry's fighting weight. This fight with Paro will be at Terry's correct weight which is at super lightweight."
“Terry is fighting an undefeated boxer in Paro who is touted as a future world champion but Ben Chua, Terry's trainer, will do his best and step up Tzouramanis and take the opportunity in front of him,” added Maniatis.
"Terry traveled to Perth and defeated former world rated Brandon Ogilvie and won the WBA Oceania title so Tzouramanis can travel on the road and win. We thank Angelo Dicarlo and ACE Boxing Promotion for the shot at Paro," Maniatis concluded.
