The main event features a battle of two young, hungry contenders. #13th ranked super bantamweight Ricardo "Hindu" Espinoza(24-3-21 KO's) tipped the scales at even 122 while his opponent Brandon Valdes(13-0 7 KO's) came in at 121.8. with the vacant WBO Youth Super Bantamweight title on the line.
All fighters cleared the final hurdle of the new safety protocols in place by successfully making weight.
In co-main event of the night super batamweight prospect Jorge Romero(17-0 12 KO's) 121 of Guanabaca, Cuba by way of Miami will face fringe Contender Daniel "Alacran" Lozano(15-9 11 KO's)122 of bowling green, Florida over 8 rounds
In other weights; Dominique "Trap" Francis(126.2) of Miami,FL will face
Jose Lopez(125.6)of Bronx,NY in a 6 round featherweight battle. Amateur standout Bryan Polaco(153.5) will make his pro debut against Elliot Brown(149)
And in a local crosstown clash Nestor Alvarenga 134 fights Hysom Sabet 134.2 in a 4 round lightweight battle of pro debuts.
"Hindu" Espinoza vs "Metrallo" Valdes will air Aug.14th at 12AM/EST live on Telemundo.
