Ustinov vs. Williams fight update

The Ustinov vs. Williams fight has been cancelled after it attracted such bad publicity. The promoter has proposed Georgian Tornike Puritchamiashvili as an opponent for Ustinov and the WBA have approved him. An improvement? If any not much.
Puritchamiashvili has lost his last six fights, three of them inside the distance including a first round stoppage against a fighter having his first pro contest. He is 6’3” and comes in at over 300lbs? It tells you how little respect the WBA have for their titles but then we all knew that anyway. There are also rumours going around of a potential Russian attempt to buy/take over the WBA so just when you thought things could not get any worse…
