Dong fights Seo for vacant OPBF Silver welterweight title

ORTHODOX fighter Youli Dong of China will fight In Duck Seo of South Korea for the vacant OPBF Silver welterweight title on Jan. 12 at the TSSG Center in Qindao, China.
The 24-year old Dong (15W-2L-1D, 9KO) beat by a unanimous decision Larry Siwu of Indonesia last Dec. 8 in TSSG Center.
Dong, however recently lost via a unanimous decision Mikka Shonena for the WBO Africa welterweight title last Aug. 24 in Namibia.
Seo, 25,on the other hand, has 12 wins with seven knockouts against two loses and two draws.
He recently lost to Khusniddin Pulatov via a technical decision in the 5th round for the vacant WBA Asia welterweight title last Sept. 7 in Paju.
The boxing promoters are Li Sheng of SECA Ltd. and Bob Arum of Top Rank.
