Moreno fights Francisco on Dec. 27 in Digos

DAVAO CITY -- Flyweight Aldren Moreno of Digos City will fight Jonathan Francisco of Zamboanga City on Dec. 27 at the Rizal Park in Digos.
The 24-year old Moreno scored a technical knockout over Joey Antonio of Davao City in the 4th round to win the Mindanao Professional Boxing Association last May 16, 2018 in Digos.
It was Moreno's first win since he lost to Vince Paras of Gen. Santos City by a UD last 2017 in Gen. Santos City.
Moreno then won two more fights in 2018. He knocked out Nicardo Calamba of Butuan in the 2nd round last June 27 in Matti, Digos.
Moreno last beat Elias Joaquino of Manila by a unanimous decision last Sept. 1 in Digos.
Francisco, on the other hand lost to Carlo Demecillo of Cebu last Oct. 19 in Danao City.
The 26-year old Francisco has 10 wins with four knockouts against 13 defeats and one draw.
The boxing promoter is Rey Rodis of Red Boxing International.
