SALUDAR WINS VACANT ABF MINIMUMWEIGHT TITLE

DAVAO CITY -- Victorio "Vicious" Saludar of Polomolok knocked out Mike Kinaadman of Iligan in the 6th round to win the vacant Asian Boxing Federation minimumweight title last Dec. 21 at Enan Chiong Activity Center in Naga City.
It was Saludar's 11th knockout of his 20th win against four loss while Kinaadman suffered his 13th defeat against seven win and two draw.
Meanwhile, 36-year old Casey "Lady Hawaiian Punch" Morton of USA scored a 5th round technical knockout against Saowaluk Nareepangsri of Thailand in the main supporting event.
The boxing promoters are Naris Singwancha of Naris Boxing Promotion and Kenneth Rontal of Championship Boxing Development.
