Santig, Manangquil to receive awards in WBC Asian Boxing Council

DAVAO CITY ? Promoters Brico Santig of Benguet and JC Manangquit of Gen. Santos City are both to receive awards in the World Boxing Council (WBC) Asian Boxing Council on May 22, 2019 at the Asia Hotel in Ratchathewee, Bangkok, Thailand.
The 43-year old Santig will receive the ?Pacific Region Promoter of the Year 2018? while the 26-year old Manangquil will get the ?Archipelago Zone Promoter of the Year 2018.?
Santig and Manangquil are both recipients of the awards also last year.
Santig, however, is already a resident of Bangkok, Thailand with his wife, a Thai and two daughters. His promotion is the Highland Boxing Promotion, which is both in Manila, Benguet and Bangkok.
Manangquil, on the other hand, is the president of the Sanman Boxing Promotion. (Lito delos Reyes)
