FIGHT NIGHT IN NAVAL: MOYA VS AMIT SATURDAY FOR PBF SUPERFLY TITLE

PhilBoxing.com

Boxing fans in Naval can't wait for the action to begin in the exciting Wild Boxing Promotions show featuring amateur and professional boxing this coming Saturday (Sep 29) at Naval Sports Complex in Biliran Province here in Central Visayas.

In the main event, dangerous local Naval warrior Salatiel "Pakyaw" Amit of the Wild Boxing Gym rumbles Cebuano southpaw Margarito Moya of Mandaue in a hot 10-rounder for the vacant Philippines Boxing Federation (PBF) Super Flyweight Belt.

The 26 year-old Amit will fight from the red corner, while Moya, 23, the boxer with the face of our Lord Jesus tattooed on his chest, will be in the blue corner. Both warriors come from loses, for which a victory on Saturday is must, if they want to keep their boxing careers afloat.

Also, in a thrilling co-feature, 20 year-old Audie Dacua (3-1, 2 KO's) of Cebu's Big Yellow Boxing Stable is in a collision course against Mark Rotilles of the Philippines-Australian Boxing Stable in Mandaue, Cebu. Their clash is a six-chapter saga in the superfly division that promises total action.

In addition, hard-hitting super featherweight Peter "Thunder" Apolinar (8-1, 6 KO's) of the Wild Boxing Stable will lock horns in a 6-stanza war against tough and fearless Jason Tinampay of Dagohoy, Bohol. Both 23 year-old men need a win in Naval to press their boxing careers forward.

As a special attraction former titlist Dondon Sultan of the Wild Boxing Gym will box in an exhibition match against reigning VISPROBA 140-pounder champion Rodel Wenceslao of the Joeric Stable. Sultan of Zamboanga del Norte and Wenceslao of nearby Kananga, Leyte, will spar for three rounds in the welterweight division.

Furthermore, Rolly Durong of the Joeric Stable in Mandaue, Cebu squares off unbeaten Pablito Balidio (2-0, 2 KO's) of Ubay Bohol. Their 4-rounder is in the flyweight division and boxers can't wait for the sound of the bell.

Plus, Rhonvex Capuloy of the Big Yellow Boxing Gym battles Roldan Maputi of Bohol in a four-chapter match in the Flyweight division.

This boxing event in the Municipality of Naval in Biliran Province is sanctioned by Games and Amusement Board (GAB), and will be supervised by the experienced Cebu Officials Arlene M. Olondriz, Rolando "Lando" Mendoza and Glenn Sonido Agena.

"Fight in Naval" at Naval Sports Complex is a production of Wild Boxing Promotions in association with Jesse Jordan Casas.

Weigh-in will take place Friday (Sep 28).

First fight starts at 7 PM.
