ANTONIO OROZCO REVS UP FOR HUMBERTO SOTO FIGHT ON OCT. 3

PhilBoxing.com

Orozco.
Antonio Orozco is headed into his toughest fight on October 3rd against Humbert 'Zorrita' Soto. Orozco knows Soto is an experienced and outstanding fighter and if he beats Soto, the future looks good for the 'Relentless One' as he looks to make history in the 140 pound division.

"I was born in L.A. And started boxing at a young age. My dad supported me from those years until now. I feel that I am a hard worker and what my father taught me the most was loyalty, that's what I'm all about, that's why I keep my family close and all of them play a major key in my life. From my wife, to my children, to my father to everyone who has supported me and I include my manager Frank Espinoza who has always been there for me and I'm loyal. That's my motto, I don't follow the trend of going with the manager of the moment, I take my career very seriously and I am confident that Frank and my promotional company will take me to the world championship and we will make history," said Antonio Orozco

Antonio is looking for a world championship in the near future but first as he said, he has business ahead and is not looking past "Zorrita"

"Humberto Soto is a great fighter, he has won titles in 3 weight classes and whatever I bring to the ring will not surprise him. He has been in the ring with great champions, but I trust my youth, my technique, my will to win and I am hungry to become a world champion soon, what excites me is that Golden Boy is making this tough matchups and that's what I want. I want to face the best and make the fans happy, my fight against Humberto is the type of fights that the fans want," concluded Antonio.

If the 'Relentless One' beats Zorrita, he could be in line for the winner of the main event fight of the evening of October 3 in Carson, California between Lucas Matthysse vs Viktor Postol, there is Ruslan Provodnikov or Antonio's former amateur victim Jessie Vargas.

Whoever the opponent is, the future look bright and Orozco is looking to expand his record of 22-0 (15 KOS) and is looking forward to be King of the 140 pound weight class just like Julio Cesar Chavez did in the 90s.
